When I bought my first home in Marbella in 2010, I quickly discovered how much is involved in buying a house in Spain. From local regulations to construction quality and notary fees, it was an educational process.
In the years that followed, I personally bought, rented out, and sold several villas and apartments. This hands-on experience means I know exactly what to look out for when buying or investing in property in Spain.
